1. About this Privacy Policy

This privacy policy sets out how we will protect and manage any personal identifiable information and/or data that is held as a result of any dealings you may have with TC Thatching Ltd. in compliance with GDPR.

We commit to protecting data and respecting the privacy of any persons we deal with. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified, you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy policy. We will never share any information you provide with any third parties.

TC Thatching Ltd. complies with legal, regulatory and professional obligations, and in-so-doing must retain certain records to demonstrate compliance with those obligations. Those records may contain personal data.

Your data, including any personal identifiable information, will be held securely. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information collected.

We use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns to help us improve our website. This information is processed in a way that does not identify anyone. If we do collect personally identifiable information through our website, such as through the contact form, this will only be used as set out under section 5.

5. Clients and Business Contacts

TC Thatching Ltd. processes personal data of existing and potential clients through emails, by phone or website contact form. We process this personal data solely for the purposes of our business contract and on the basis that it is in our legitimate interests to do so (i.e. to ensure that we can manage our relationship with our clients). This information will be retained securely for as long as necessary for the purposes set out for that business contract.

Personal Data, such as emails or phone numbers, will never be shared with third parties.

We have in place procedures and measures to manage and protect commercially confidential information we are required to handle through delivering our services for clients.

6. Your rights with regards to Personal Information

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please email us as soon as possible, and we will promptly correct this.

You also have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

7. Sharing of Personal Information
